the staff made my birthday special. my room was decorated with balloons and they delivered a surprise birthday cake. i really appreciated this personal touch. the breakfast was delicious and offered significant variety.

i experienced a delay at check-in. my room was not ready at the expected time, and i had to wait an extra hour. this caused some inconvenience, especially after a long journey.

i found the reception staff unbelievably helpful! dipti, assel, samad, and temi arranged a fantastic car service for us. they also gave great recommendations for local attractions and dining. i live in massachusetts, so this was a huge help!

the gym was open 24/7, but it only had a few machines and weights. i needed to wait a while for a treadmill.
